In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Requires The Cooperation Of The Offered Imaging Plate Scanner With The Ezdent-I Software From Vatech Owned And Used By The Ordering Party, Enabling The Transfer And Use Of Radiological Images In The Existing Radiological Environment. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions From Various Manufacturers That Meet The Functional Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Points Out That The Headquarters Of The Clinic, Which Is Also The Place Of Deliveries, Is Located In The Very Center And In The Paid Parking Zone Of The City Of Krakow, And The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Provide A Parking Space For Suppliers. The Contractor Must, On His Own, Find And Pay For A Parking Space Necessary For The Time Of Delivery Of The Order To The Place Of Delivery, I.E. To The Headquarters Of The Provincial Dental Clinic. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Admitted For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Absolutely Guarantee The Fulfillment Of The Quality Conditions Specified In The Production Permit Or Other Decisions Established By The Ministry Of Health, On The Basis Of Which The Goods Were Admitted To Trading In The Republic Of Poland, And To Comply With The Expiry Dates For The Delivered Goods. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And The Implementing Acts To This Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask Contractors To Submit Safety Data Sheets Of The Offered Goods And Documents Allowing The Offered Products To Be Traded And Used In Poland During The Term Of The Contract.
