The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Brand New, Unused Consumables For Printing And Scanning Devices Used By The Ordering Party, Listed In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Consumables Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Come From A Legal Distribution Channel. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1 And 5 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 30% In Relation To The Maximum Value, With The Reservation That As A Result Of Resignation, The Guaranteed Value Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of Supplies Of Consumables Will Not Be Less Than 70% Of The Indicated Maximum Value For Consumables. Reducing The Quantity In A Given Assortment Item May Also (But Does Not Have To) Lead To An Increase In Ordered Quantities From Another Assortment Item. Quantitative Changes In Individual Product Items Will Not Result In Changes To Unit Prices And Do Not Require An Amendment To The Contract In The Form Of An Annex. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Reduced In Proportion To The Unused Value Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Additional Claim On This Account.
