Request for Quotation for RFQ-Laboratory Consumables and Reagent Supplies for 3 Years Bidding Opens on: 16 October 2026 Due on: 20 October 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of Veterinary Laboratory Consumables, Reagents, Calibrators, Controls, Cartridges, and related items as specified in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). The objective of this requirement is to establish a three (3)-year supply arrangement to ensure the continuous availability of the required veterinary laboratory consumables and reagents for EADs operations. The successful bidder shall provide the items in accordance with the specifications, pack sizes, and requirements stated in the BoQ.= The contract shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the contract. The unit prices quoted and agreed under the contract shall remain fixed throughout the contract period and shall include all costs associated with the supply and delivery of the items to EADs designated location(s), unless otherwise expressly stated in the contract. The quantities stated in the BoQ are indicative and are provided for procurement and pricing purposes only. EAD does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity or total contract value. Actual quantities ordered during the contract period shall be determined based on EADs operational requirements, consumption, stock levels, and replenishment needs. EAD may, where operationally and commercially practicable, consolidate requirements and place orders in bulk to optimise delivery arrangements and minimise associated delivery costs. However, EAD does not guarantee that orders will be placed in bulk or according to any specific order frequency, quantity, or schedule. The supplier shall fulfil each purchase order/call-off issued by EAD in accordance with the agreed prices, delivery requirements, and contractual terms. The successful bidder shall be responsible for: Supply of the required items in accordance with the BoQ and agreed specifications; Delivery of the items to EADs designated location i.e. Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital-Abu Dhabi Ensuring that all items supplied are new, genuine, fit for their intended purpose, and compliant with the applicable manufacturer specifications and relevant quality requirements.
