Tenders are invited for Procurement of Sanitary Services - 2026/27 Bids are hereby invited by the Registrar General up to 2:00 PM on 05.11.2026 for the procurement of sanitary services for the year 2026/27 for 66 branch offices belonging to seven regional offices, including the Head Office of the Registrar Generals Department. 02. Bidding documents can be obtained until 3:00 PM on 04.11.2026 upon submission of a non-refundable fee receipt of Rs. 12,500.00 paid to the Accountant (Supplies) of this department. If required, bidding documents can also be inspected at this office during normal working hours free of charge. 03. Bidders should have been registered under Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987. A certificate of registration (PCA 03) along with the tender must be submitted. 04. Procurement will not be awarded to any bidder who fails to submit the said PCA3 certificate. 05. Pre-bid meeting with bidders will be held at 9:30 am on 22.10.2026 at the Head Office of the Registrar Generals Department.
