Tenders are invited for Procurement of Sri Lanka Unique Digital Identity (SLUDI) Project 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Chairman - Project Procurement Committee - SLUDI - Office Address: Level 11, Unit 1101, One Galle Face Tower, No 1A Centre Road, Galle Face, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm at the address given below or may be downloaded and reviewed from **https://promise.lk/** website only for reference purpose. 4. The bidding documents in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 6,000.00 from 15 October, 2026 between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address specified in paragraph 8 on or before 29 October, 2026 at 2.00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. 6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee: LKR 200,000.00. 7.
