The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures On Two Buildings On The Premises Of The Company Tom Service S.R.O. The Scope Of The Performance Includes Insulation Of Perimeter Walls And Roof Structures, Replacement Of Windows, Entrance Doors And Gates, Installation Of Heat Pumps, Modernization Of Lighting Using Led Technology, Modification Of The Hot Water Preparation System And Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant, Including All Related Construction, Assembly And Technological Work. The Public Contract Will Be Implemented By The Design & Build Method, Where Part Of The Performance Of The Selected Supplier Will Also Include The Provision Of The Necessary Surveys And Surveys, The Processing Of Project Documentation Required For The Execution Of The Work, The Provision Of The Necessary Permits (If Required) And The Subsequent Complete Implementation Of The Work.
