The Main Goal Is To Remove The Effects Of The 2024 Flood, Adapt The Facility To Technical And Construction Regulations And Fire Protection, Increase Energy Efficiency And Fully Adapt To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Detailed Scope Of Work (Construction, Finishing Works, Sanitary, Heating And Electrical Installations) Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.
