The Consultancy Assistance Will Support The Project Owner In Safeguarding The Colleges Interests, Decision-Making Needs And Areas Of Responsibility In The Project. The Supplier Must Act As A Sparring Partner For The Project Owner And Contribute To Good Project And Corporate Governance. The Assistance Will Have A Particular Responsibility For Strengthening The Colleges Understanding Of Technical And Financial Interests In Dialogue With Those Invited To The Competition/Negotiations And Then With The Selected Provider.
