Tenders Are Invited For Emergency Work On Sewage Pressure Pipes

The Noorderzijlvest Water Board Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For Carrying Out Emergency Work On Sewage Pressure Pipes Within The Water Boards Management Area. The Work Is Carried Out On Demand And Relates To Unforeseen Disruptions, Defects And Damage That Require Immediate Action To Limit Risks To The Environment, Safety And The Continuity Of The Wastewater Chain. The Contractor Must Be Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week To Locate Damage, Carry Out Repair Work And Take Temporary Measures. The Assignment Also Includes All Necessary Ancillary Activities, Including Traffic And Safety Measures, Well Drainage, Earthworks, Material Supply And Removal Of Released Materials. Planned Maintenance, Replacements And Project-Based Work Are Not Part Of This Assignment. The Estimated Contract Value Is €350,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €525,000 Excluding Vat. The Initial Contract Duration Is 24 Months With A One-Time Extension Option Of 24 Months. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Value, As The Scope Of The Work Depends On The Number And Nature Of The Occurring Calamities.
