Administrative Contract For Services Which Is For The Removal, Transfer, Immobilization And Deposit Of Vehicles From The Public Roads Of Berga.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Removing Vehicles From The Public Road Or Public Spaces Through The Use Of A Crane Vehicle In The Cases In Which The Local Police Officers Require It. Approximately A Total Of 200 Annual Services Are Carried Out For Violations Of Municipal Ordinances, For Traffic Accidents, For Permanent Fords, For Breakdowns, Etc. In A Generalized Way, The Ordering Of The Service Will Always Be Carried Out Under The Direct Orders Of The Local Police, And Specifically In The Following Cases: • For Violation Of Municipal Traffic Ordinances, Road Regulations And Others Laws, When These Consider It. • In Those Cases That Are Required To The Local Police By The Authorities Or Competent Bodies, According To Current Regulations. • For Abandoning Vehicles On The Public Road According To Regulations On Vehicle Waste Treatment. • In Any Other Case That The Local Police Considers Necessary, In Accordance With Current Legislation. • When The Parked Vehicle Constitutes A Danger, Causes Serious Disturbances To Circulation Or Pedestrians Or Impairment Of Any Service Or Public Property. The Towing Services Considered As Minimum Or Basic Are: • Accidents, Which Prevents The Continued Movement And/Or When The Vehicles Are Left Unresponsible On The Public Road.• Permanent Fords.• Obstruction To Vehicles: Double Row, Blocked Street, Etc. • Emergency Exits Of Public Establishments.• Evacuation Of Vehicles At Events, Market Areas And Fairs. • Breakdowns Of Other Vehicles In Extreme Situations: Snow, Floods, Fires. • Vehicles Recovered From Thefts. • When, Once A Vehicle Is Immobilized In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 104 Of The Royal Decree, Of October 30, Which Approves The Revised Text Of The Law On Traffic, Motor Vehicle Circulation And Road Safety, The Causes That Go Motivate Immobilization.
