The Existing Integrated Action Plan For The City Center Of The City Of Emsdetten From 2015 Was Largely Successfully Implemented And Made A Significant Contribution To The Functional And Design Upgrade Of The City Center. With The Completion Of The Last Measure By The End Of 2027, The Current Concept Will Also End. The Framework Conditions For Urban Development And Urban Development Funding Have Changed Significantly In Recent Years. Against This Background, The New Creation Of An Integrated Urban Development Concept (Isek) Offers The Opportunity To Strategically Continue The Inner City Development, Further Develop Existing Approaches And Set New Substantive Priorities.
