Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Work Clothing And Safety Work Shoes In Two Separate Items

The Scope Of The Public Order Includes The Delivery Of Work Clothing And Protective Work Shoes, Depending On The Type Of Product Delivered.Participants Should Submit A Minimum Of 3 Color Photos For Each Proposed Item, Taken From Different Countries, And It Must Be Clearly Seen Whether The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification For Each Individual Item Have Been Complied With.All Goods Included In The Specified Items Should Be Delivered To The Free Address Of The Contracting Authority, In The Stara Zagora Region, Specified In The Request Within The Period Specified In The Technical Proposal In Working Days After The Delivery Of A Written Request. The Quantities Of The Delivered Goods Will Be Specified In The Current Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. Each Of The Requests Will Be Delivered Personally To An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor, By Mail - By Return Receipt, By Hand Against A Signature Or By E-Mail. The Contracting Authority Is Under No Obligation To Fully Utilize The Specified Types Of Items, And May Request Larger Quantities Of Some Types Of Clothing Or Safety Work Shoes, At The Expense Of Others, Within The Value Of The Contract.The Delivered Items Must Comply With All Standards, Rules, Regulations And Laws Applicable In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union For The Production Of Products Subject To This Order.Deliveries Under Separate Item No. 1 Include Work Clothing, Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Employment Service, According To The Technical Specification For The Position - Appendix No. 1.1.Detailed And Complete Information Regarding The Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Contained In The Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 1.1 And 1.2) Of The Contracting Authority, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
