The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Carrying Out Repair And Restoration Works At The Site: Tsibar Danube Dam - Repair And Restoration Works At Km 717+000 In The Land Of The Village Of Dolni Tsibar, Municipality Of Valchedrum, Region Of Montana.The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Ongoing Repairs Of An Existing Section Of The Cibarska Danube Dike, Representing An Element Of The Technical Infrastructure Under Art. 64, Para. 1, Items 5 And 7 Of Zut. The Planned Repair And Restoration Works (Rvr) Are Aimed At Restoring And Maintaining In Working Order The Compromised Section Of The Existing Dike, Without Changing The Route And Technical Characteristics Of The Facility And Without Increasing Its Carrying Capacity, Stability And Durability Above The Existing Design Characteristics. They Constitute Ongoing Repair In The Sense Of § 5, Item 43 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Zut.
