The Subject Of This Order Is Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Amount Of Active Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Sbalpfz Vratsa Eood. The Subject Of The Public Order Contains The Supply Of Low-Voltage Electrical Energy At The Contractors Site, Located At The Address Of The City Of Vratsa, Gen. Leonov No. 93. In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing The Objects Of The Contracting Entity, Include The Contracting Entity As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Coordinating Contractor, Without The Contracting Entity Paying A Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Contracting Entitys Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Hourly Consumption Schedules Of The Contracting Entity.The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Add New Objects, Beyond Those Specified In The Technical Specification, And The Contractor Undertakes To Register The Objects On The Electricity Market At Freely Agreed Prices And To Supply The Necessary Electrical Energy For The Same, For Which The Contracting Authority Shall Notify Him In An Appropriate Period And An Additional Agreement Shall Be Concluded In Accordance With Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.For A Period Of 12 Months: 160,634 Kwh For Lv 0.4 Kv;For A Period Of 12 Months With An Added Contract Extension Period Of Up To 6 Months: 240,951 Kwh For Lv 0.4 Kv.
