Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Fuel For Refueling Vehicles For The Needs Of The Budget Units Of The Devin Municipality

The Purpose Of This Order Is To Deliver Fuels For Refueling Motor Vehicles For The Needs Of The Budget Units Of The Devin Municipality For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or Until The Maximum Estimated Value Is Reached - 189,209.00 Euros Without Vat. The Contract Is Terminated Upon The Occurrence Of Either Of The Two Events. The Indicated Value Is Estimated, Therefore The Employer Reserves The Right Not To Absorb It In Full, Depending On The Need. Deliveries Will Be Made According To The Attached Order - Specification. All The Conditions For Participation In The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Specification For The Respective Individual Position, Which Are Assigned To The Broker Representing The Contracting Authority Of Sofia Stock Exchange Ad. On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 4 Of The Zop, The Contract Is Concluded According To The Rules Of The Relevant Exchange.
