The Scope Includes The Seven Positions Of The Ccc - Appendix A To The Price Proposal, Sample No. 2: Demolition And Demolition Of Building 1 - 13.95 M³, Cutting Of Concrete, Including Removal Of Concrete, 46.35 M³, Removal Of Construction Waste To A Legal Site/Facility, 99.6 M³; Preparation Of Pbz - 1 Pc. The Compliance Of The Buildings With The Designations In The Ccc Is Established With A Scheme And Initial Measurements According To The Contract.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities:Preparation And Delivery Of The Pbz, Preparation, Fencing And Signaling Of The Site, Protection Of The Preserved Elements, Neighboring Objects And Networks, Phased Safe Demolition And Demolition, Dust Suppression, Separate Collection, Loading, Transportation And Legal Handover Of The Waste, Measurement And Documentation, Final Cleaning, Securing And Handover Of The Site. Included Are The Necessary Labor, Mechanization, Transportation, Auxiliary Materials, Control And Documentation. The Implementation Corresponds To The Tc, Ccc, The Accepted Offer, The Approved Pbz And The Applicable Regulatory And Technical Requirements.Liability For Quality, Defects And Damage During Removal And Securing Pursuant To Art. 16 Of The Draft Contract And The Applicable Legislation, Including For Unfinished Works, Remaining Waste, Unprotected Sections And Damages For Which The Contractor Is Responsible.The Detailed Technical Description And Requirements For All Activities Are Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And Ccc - Appendix A To The Price Proposal - Sample No. 2The Implementation Is In Two Stages: Stage I – Preparation And Submission Of The Pbz Within 5 (Five) Calendar Days; Stage Ii – Removal Of The Buildings, Removal Of Waste, Cleaning, Securing And Handing Over The Reporting Documents Within A Period Of Up To 10 (Ten) Calendar Days Proposed By The Participant. The Contract Is Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, With A Clause For Deferred Execution. If Funding Is Not Provided Within 3 Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice.
