The Municipality Of San Clemente Calls For Bids To Be Submitted Through Public Bidding For The “Surveillance, Security And Control Service Of The San Clemente Municipal Offices” Of The Illustrious Municipality Of San Clemente, Which Involves The Following Services, In Accordance With Numeral 4 Of The Technical Bidding Bases, “Minimum Work Required”:• Hire Permanent Surveillance, Security And Control Service For Municipal Agencies.• Hire Surveillance, Security And Control Service For Temporary Activities Organized By The Municipality.As It Is A Private Surveillance And Security Service, The Successful Bidder Must Permanently Comply With The Provisions Of Law No. 21,659 On Private Security, Its Complementary Regulations And The Instructions Issued By The Competent Authority, Maintaining Throughout The Term Of The Contract The Authorizations, Qualifications And Other Legal Requirements That Are Required For The Provision Of The Service.The Present Administrative Bidding Bases Will Govern The Public Bidding, Award, Contract, Guarantee, Deadline, Sanctions And Payment System Of The Tender Mentioned Above, Financed With Municipal Funds, Charged To The Municipal Budget, Together With The Eventual Clarifications, Administrative And Technical Bases And Other Background.
