Contract The Execution Of Repair And Improvement Works In 18 Homes In The La Pintana Commune, Within The Framework Of The Habitability 2025 Program, Financed By The Seremi Of The Ministry Of Social Development And Family, With The Purpose Of Improving The Habitability, Safety And Functionality Of The Homes Of The Beneficiary Families.The Interventions Will Be Aimed At Correcting Construction Deficiencies And Improving The Physical Conditions Of The Homes, Through The Execution Of The Works And Solutions Previously Defined For Each Beneficiary Family, In Accordance With The Corresponding Diagnosis And Itemization.The Execution Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Itemization Of Works And Other Antecedents That Are Part Of The Tender, Ensuring The Correct Use Of Materials, Compliance With The Required Technical And Quality Standards, And The Adequate Completion And Reception Of The Works, All Within The Deadlines And Conditions Established In The Administrative And Technical Bases.
