The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Residing In The Sośnicowice Commune During The Term Of The Contract Of The Following Fractions: 1) Glass, Including Colorless And Colored, 2) Plastics, 3) Paper And Cardboard, 4) Multi-Material Packaging, 5) Metal, 6) Biodegradable Municipal Waste, Including Biodegradable Packaging Waste Biodegradation, 7) Green Waste, 8) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, 9) Construction And Demolition Waste Constituting Municipal Waste (Excluding Waste From Work That Requires A Permit Or Notification For Construction Or Demolition And Hazardous Waste, In Particular Products Containing Asbestos), 10) Mixed Waste. 2. Municipal Waste Collection From Residential Properties Will Be Carried Out With The Following Frequency: 1) Unsegregated Municipal Waste: A) Once Every 2 Weeks For Single-Family Properties, B) Once A Week For Multi-Family Properties. 2) Waste Collected Separately (Except For Biodegradable Waste): A) Once Every 4 Weeks For Single-Family Properties, B) Once Every 2 Weeks For Multi-Family Properties, C) Twice A Year (At Intervals Of Approximately 6 Months) Collection Of Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, Put Out By Residents Of Single-Family Or Multi-Family Properties On A Specific Day Indicated In The Schedule, D) Construction And Demolition Waste Constituting Waste Municipal Waste (Excluding Waste From Work That Requires A Permit Or Notification For Construction Or Demolition And Hazardous Waste, In Particular Products Containing Asbestos), Are Collected In Special Big Bag Bags Rented From The Contractor For This Purpose And Provided By The Contractor. 3) Biodegradable Waste: A) Once Every 4 Weeks For Single-Family Properties In The Months From November 1 To March 31, B) Once Every 2 Weeks For Multi-Family Properties In The Months From November 1 To March 31, C) Once Every 2 Weeks For Single-Family Properties In The Months From April 1 To October 31, D) Once A Week For Multi-Family Properties From April 1 To October 31. The Declared Vehicles Must Collect Waste Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Declared Vehicles Meet At Least The Euro 5 Standard. The Fulfillment Of The Euro 6 Standard By The Declared Vehicles Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. During The Provision Of The Service, It Is Allowed To Change The Declared Vehicles To Others That Meet The Requirements Of At Least The Euro 5 And Euro 6 Standards, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.
