Child Daycare Services – Public Service Concession For The Management And Operation Of The Multi-Reception Centers “Les Ptits Mousses” And “Les Pitchounets” In Auriol. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Management And Operation Of The Multi-Reception Centers “Les Ptits Mousses” And “Les Pitchounets”, Located In Auriol. The Equipment In Question Is Made Up Of Two Establishments For Young Children With A Total Capacity Of 20 Places For “Les Ptits Mousses” And 39 Places For “Les Pitchounets”. The Concessionaires Mission Is To Manage The Service And Operate The Equipment Made Available To It By The Public Entity, Under The Conditions Defined By The Concession Contract. This Consultation Contains An Option Within The Meaning Of Articles L.3135.1 And R.3135-1 Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp) Which Consists Of Increasing The Capacity Of The “Les Ptits Mousses” Crèche From 20 To 24 Places, Due To A Potential Move Of The Structure (Still In Auriol). The Age At Which Children Are Admitted Would Also Increase From 2.5 Months To 4 Years, Instead Of The Current 15 Months To 4 Years (An Increase Due To The Current Constraints Of The Building). Candidates Are Required To Submit A Technical And Financial Offer Both For The Basic Offer, As Defined In The Specifications, But Also In Order To Respond To This Option.
