The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of The Items Indicated In Point. 2 Municipal Waste Collected On Residential Properties And On Properties Partly Inhabited And Partly Used For Business Activities, Public Buildings, Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Hereinafter Referred To As Real Estate, Located In The Commune Of Ustronie Morskie, Hereinafter Referred To As The Commune Or Pszok. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste In The Municipal Waste Processing Installation: 1) Collected Selectively In Containers At Source: A) In Yellow Containers - Collected Together: Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging, Excluding Packaging For Plant Protection Products, Medical Products And Poisons, B) In Brown Containers - Bio-Waste, In Particular Kitchen Waste, I.E. Solid Food Leftovers (Without Waste Of Animal Origin - Bones, Excrements), Vegetable And Fruit Waste, Green Waste, I.E. Branches Of Trees And Shrubs, Mowed Grass, Leaves, Flowers, Sawdust And Tree Bark, C) In Black Containers - Waste Remaining After Segregation (Residual), D) In Blue Containers - Paper And Cardboard, In Particular Newspapers, Notebooks, Books, Cardboard Packaging, Etc., E) In Green Containers - Glass And Glass Packaging Waste, In Particular Bottles, Jars, Etc. 2) Waste Collection From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located At Ul. Kołobrzeska 1B, 78-111 Ustronie Morskie. 3. The Order Does Not Cover The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Generated On Real Estate: 1) Expired Medicines, 2) Chemicals (Paints, Varnishes, Solvents, Waste Oils, Etc.), 3) Used Batteries And Accumulators, 4) Construction, Renovation And Demolition Waste. 4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport And Transfer For Management: A) Municipal Waste Remaining After Segregation (Mixed) - To The Municipal Installation Referred To In Art. 29A(1) Of The Waste Act, B) Other Waste - To A Waste Processing Installation Authorized To Manage A Given Waste Fraction In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act. 5. The Contractor Shall Indicate In The Offer The Name And Address Of The Installation Where Waste Collected During The Execution Of The Order Will Be Managed. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Achieve The Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Collected Waste At The Level Required By The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 7. It Will Be Determined Whether The Contractor Has Achieved The Required Levels On The Basis Of An Annual Report Submitted To The Entity Collecting Waste Under An Agreement With The Municipality In The Bdo System. 8. Waste Collection Must Be Provided From Standard Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L,
