The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor For The Preparation Of Project Solutions For The Implementation Of Green Infrastructure Measures In Order To Improve And Ensure The Connectivity Between Fragmented Habitats Of Species Reptiles And The Implementation Of The Relevant Measures, According To The Project Solutions Prepared By The Contractor Under This Order And Approved By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Activities Planned For Implementation Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are Aimed At Improving The Conservation Status Of The Following Species Of Reptiles: The Spiny-Tailed Turtle (Testudo Hermanni), The Spiny-Thighed Turtle (Testudo Graeca), The Striped Smoky (Elaphe Quatuorlineata), The Caspian Turtle (Mauremys Caspica), The Spotted Smoky (Elaphe Sauromates), And The Leopard Smoky (Zamenis Situla). This Will Be Achieved By Increasing The Connectivity Between Their Habitats Through The Construction Of Green Infrastructure. Existing Situation: According To The Assignment Of The Managing Authority (Ma) Of The Environment Program (Enp) 2021-2027, Preliminary Field Studies Were Carried Out, With The Participation Of A Design Engineer And A Herpetologist, On Road Sections Of The Republican Road Network (Rpm) Falling Into Protected Areas Of The Natura 2000 Network, With A View To Identifying Sections In Need Of Improving The Connectivity Between The Fragmented Habitats Of Reptile Species. As A Result Of The Studies Carried Out, The Specific Places Of Intervention, Type Of Defragmentation Facility And The Measures Applicable To It Were Determined, Which Are Described In Detail In The List Of Target Areas, Measures And Locations, Given As Appendix No. 1 To The Assignment For The Preparation Of The Report (Appendix A To The Public Procurement Documentation). The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out Only In The Places Indicated In Appendix No. 1 - List Of Target Areas, Measures, Locations, In Compliance With The Measures And Prescriptions Provided For In The Appendix To Ensure And Improve Connectivity.
