Library Books – Framework Agreement For The Media Supply Of The Libraries Of The Goethe Institutes Abroad. Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Are The Following: 1. Provision Of An Ordering Platform (Online Research Database) As An Ordering Basis For The Media Mentioned 2. Existence Of An Operating Function For The Ordering Platform 3. Provision Of Electronic User Accounts (One Account Per Addressee), Which Enable Individual Access To All Data And Ordering Processes 4. Processing And Presentation Of Subscription And Continuation Management 5. Invoicing Electronically And, If Requested, The Provision Of Original Written Invoices 6. Delivery And Shipping According To The Current Valid Shipping Regulations Of The Goethe-Institut (Appendix E) 7. Service And Miscellaneous 8. If The Order Is Placed, The Contractor Must Ensure That All Services Are Available On Time By January 1, 2027. A Detailed Description Of The Required Service Can Be Found In Appendix A Service Description (Appendix 1 To The Contract).
