The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed Through The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. This Framework Agreement For Subsequent Multi-Awardee Contracts Concerns A Set Of Services Relating To Earthworks, Rainwater Drainage Networks, Small Masonry And Provision Of Equipment For Departmental Road Works In The South West Territory Of The Ardèche Department. This Framework Agreement Will Give Rise To Ordinary Subsequent Contracts Depending On The Emergence Of Needs And Subsequent Contracts With Purchase Orders For Small Interventions. These Purchase Order Contracts, The Geographical Scope Of Which Will Be Defined During The Consultation, Will Have A Duration Of 1 Year, Non-Renewable, And Will Be Used For Work Amounts Less Than 15,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
