Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From The Świętochłowice Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Covering The Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 Coming From The Świętochłowice Commune In 2027 From Inhabited Properties And Real Estate, Which Are Partly Real Estate Where Residents Live, And Partly Real Estate Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 7,400 Mg/Year. 3. Waste For Disposal Will Be Transferred Successively In Quantities Depending On The Amount Of Waste Generated By Owners Of Properties Located In The Świętochłowice Commune Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System. 4. Waste Management Includes Activities Indicated In Art. 3 Section 1 Point 5 Lit. B) And C) And Art. 3 Section 1 Point 21 Of The Waste Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5. The Contractor Will Ensure Operation In Accordance With Art. 20 Of The Waste Act And Other Legal Provisions And That Waste Recovery Or Disposal Sites Meet Technological Criteria - The Best Available Technique Referred To In Art. 207 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), Or The Technology Referred To In Art. 143 Of This Act And Other Relevant Provisions.
