Postal Services – Framework Agreement On Postal Services For The State Of Lower Saxony - Lot 10 (Lr 48/49). The Lzn Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Goods And Services For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration (See Section 2 Of The Lzn Operating Instructions). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Users Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private Law Companies Wholly Owned By The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Responsibility, The Lzn, As The Client, Issues A Framework Agreement For The Commercial Collection And Delivery Of Postal Items Up To 1000 G (Excluding Parcels And Packages) In The Key Regions 48/49 In A Total Of One Lot (§ 21 Vgv). The Award Takes Place As A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) And Regulates The Conditions For Individual Orders Concluded During The Contract Term. The Framework Agreement Does Not Establish An Obligation To Purchase, But Does Contain An Obligation On The Part Of The Contractor To Perform. The Services May Only Be Provided On The Basis Of A Valid Entry In The Federal Network Agencys Provider Directory In Accordance With Section 4 Of The Postal Act (Postg). The Individual Shipment Types Can Be Found On The Offer Form. In Addition To The Types Of Shipments Mentioned In The Offer Form, The Client Will Also Order The Other Required Types Of Shipments (Foreign Shipments, Shipments Of Books, Etc.) Under 1000 G, The So-Called Marginal Range, Via The Framework Contract Partner. For This Purpose, An Item List Of All Other Types Of Shipments Up To 1000 G That Are Possible For The Bidder And Which Were Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Offer Form, With Item Numbers And Net Prices, Must Be Enclosed With The Offer Documents. Adjustments To This Framework Range During The Contract Term Must Be Discussed With The Client In Advance. The Contractors Peripheral Range Becomes Part Of The Contract Under The Conditions He Offers.
