Accounting, Auditing And Fiscal Services – Prequalification: Audit Services And Consultancy For Trafikselskabet Movia/Lokaltog A/S. The Tender Concerns Audit Services In Movia And Lokaltog For The Next 6 Years. The Acquisition Includes Fixed Services As Well As Commissioned Services And Any Consultancy. The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Task Description From Movia And Lokaltog Respectively. The Ordering Partys Contract Terms Appear In The Draft Contract. The Tender Is Carried Out As One Joint Tender Comprising Auditing Services For Both Trafikselskabet Movia And Lokaltog A/S. The Tenderer Must Submit One Combined Offer That Includes The Services For Both Contracting Parties. It Is Thus Not Possible To Submit An Offer Only For Services To Either Movia Or Lokaltog. On The Basis Of The Overall Evaluation Of The Offer, One Winning Bidder Is Appointed. The Winning Bidder Must Enter Into Two Separate And Legally Independent Contracts: A Contract With Trafikselskabet Movia Regarding The Services To Be Delivered To Movia, And A Contract With Lokaltog A/S Regarding The Services To Be Delivered To Lokaltog A/S. The Two Contracts Constitute Independent Contractual Relationships And Are Administered And Enforced Independently Of Each Other.
