Furthermore, The Breakdown Into Batches Would Lead To The Creation Of Batches Of Weak Economic Consistency, Likely To Restrict Competition By Limiting The Interest Of Economic Operators For Each Of Them. The Use Of A Single Holder Thus Makes It Possible To Ensure A Homogeneous Organization Of Services, Continuity Of Service On All The Sites Concerned, Better Traceability Of Interventions And A Single Contact For The Technical And Administrative Management Of The Market.
