The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Of Buildings And Properties Of The Praga-Południe District Office In The Period From January 1, 2027 To June 30, 2028, I.E.:  Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Corridors, Staircases, Social Rooms, Archives, Warehouses, Washing And Disinfection Of Sanitary Rooms, Daily Duty - Ongoing Cleaning,  Washing Windows, Watering Plants,  Cleaning And Clearing Snow From The Property,  Performing Other Works Commissioned In Accordance With The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of Activities And Description Of The Facilities Covered By The Cleaning Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex 13 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template. 2. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Based On Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Full-Time Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245), Employees Directly Performing Activities Related To, Among Others, With:  People On Daily Duty, I.E.: Ongoing Cleaning Of Sanitary Facilities, Cleaning After Meetings, Washing Dishes And Cleaning The Kitchen, Monitoring Corridors, Staircases, Entrances To The Office And Elevators Ul. Grochowska 274 And 3 People Ul. Walewska 4, Ul. Wąwolnicka 3, Mycielski 20, Ul. Paca 39 And Ul. Lubelska 30/32),  Other Cleaning Staff: Cleaning Office Rooms, Corridors, Staircases, Basements, Archives, Outdoor Areas. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees/Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees/Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order.
