As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 2) Install The Subject Of The Order At The Place Of Destination In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines, And Notify The Ordering Party Of The Completion Of All Necessary Installation Works To The Extent Enabling The Ordering Party To Launch The Device, 3) Launch The Subject Of The Order After The Contractor Has Completed The Necessary Installation Works, 4) Conduct Training In The Use Of Hardware, Software And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Contract At The Ordering Partys Premises, Confirmed By Issuing Certificate, Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party, No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Installation Of The Subject Of The Order, But No Later Than The Deadline Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2.
