The Order Covers The Provision Of Specialist Care Services For People With Mental Disorders At Their Place Of Residence For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Siemianowice Śląskie 7 Days A Week From 6 A.M. To 9 P.M., Excluding Holidays. In Cases Justified By The Need To Provide Care Services Uninterrupted, These Services May Also Be Provided On Holidays. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Include Services Tailored To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability, Provided By People With Specialized Professional Training. The Types Of Specialist Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Specified In § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy On Specialist Care Services Of September 22, 2005. (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). The Period In Which The Order Will Be Implemented: From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 (12 Months). The Subject Of The Order Is Estimated To Cover 4,200 Hours For Approximately 7 People. A Minimum Of 1,000 Hours Will Be Provided. The Number Of People Provided Is An Estimate. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided May Also Change And Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of The Needs Of The Clients Due To Their Changing Health Condition. It Is Stipulated That Mops Will Not Bear Any Liability If Only Part Of The Above-Mentioned Hours Will Be Implemented. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Award An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Services Similar To Those Covered By The Basic Order, And To The Contractor Who Will Perform The Basic Order, Which Is Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Order.
