Daily Regular Housekeeping And Maintenance Services Are Included In The Fixed Price, While Additional And Floor Cleaning Is Ordered Separately. The Procurement Is Divided As Follows: Sub-Area A - Primary And Secondary Schools Södermalm, 17 Schools Approx. 99,200 M2 Cleanable Area, Sub-Area B - Primary And Secondary Schools Kungsholmen, 10 Schools, Approx. 107,500 M² Cleanable Area, Sub-Area C - Primary And Secondary Schools Norra Innerstaden (Norrmalm, Östermalm), 14 Schools, Approx 93,700 M² Cleanable Surface. Schools That Currently Have Premises Maintenance Services Under Their Own Auspices Have The Opportunity To Request Specific Services, As Well As To Connect The School To This Agreement. The Total Value Of The Agreement Is Estimated At Approximately Sek 70 Million Per Year And Sek 280 Million For The Entire Agreement Period. Preliminary Contract Period Is 2027-02-01 - 2029-01-31 Regarding The Kungsholmen And Östermalm Area And 2027-07-01 - 2029-01-31 Regarding The Södermalm And Norrmalm Area With The Possibility Of Extension Until 2031-01-31 At The Latest. The Evaluation Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Will Take Place Based On The Evaluation Basis Of The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality. Tenders Must Be Submitted In All Areas. The Education Administration Intends To Sign Agreements With Two (2) Bidders Per Area And Rank Them In Each Area. The Tenderer Will Only Be Able To Be Ranked First In One (1) Area, Provided That Valid Tenders Are Received.
