The Services Covered By The Contract Relate To The Surveillance, Guarding And Security Of The Following Premises: - The Arte Geie Headquarters, A 3-Storey Building, Made Up Of Approximately 8,500 M2 Of Useful Surface Area And Approximately 3,500 M2 Of Useful Office Space (Erp Category 2, Type Lnwy), - An Underground Car Park With Approximately 120 Spaces, - An Outdoor Car Park With Approximately 200 Spaces, - Two Buildings Installed Near The Headquarters: One Premises Annex Of Approximately 100 M2, Bringing Together The Tgbt And The Generator, And A Building On 2 Floors Of Approximately 100 M2 Connected To The Fire Safety And Anti-Intrusion System Of The Main Building. Furthermore, In The Context Of Certain One-Off Events, The Intervention Of Ssiap Personnel Is Requested.
