A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request to the Relevant Office (as in Column 10 of the table) of the Western Provincial Council upon payment of non-refundable fee from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on any working day from 15.10.2026 to 29.10.2026. 7. The sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate with separate envelopes, project name written at the top left-hand corner and addressed to the place of submission on or before 30.10.2026 at 10.30 a.m. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or bidders representatives who choose to attend.
