The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Supply Of Initially Eight (8) And Optionally Two (2) Water Tankers. The Warranty Period Is An Integral Part Of The Order And Is Always Taken Into Account. Maintenance After The Warranty Period Can Be Optionally Purchased Through A Service And Maintenance Agreement. Of The Eight (8) Initial Water Tankers, Seven (7) Water Tankers Are Intended For The Ijsselland Safety Region And One (1) Water Tanker For The Fryslân Safety Region. Of This Initial Purchase, Five (5) Water Tankers For The Ijsselland Safety Region And One (1) Water Tanker For The Fryslân Safety Region Must Be Delivered No Later Than The End Of Q2 2028. The Two (2) Remaining Water Tankers Of The Initial Order Are Intended For The Ijsselland Safety Region And Have A Planned Delivery Date In 2029. The Option For The Delivery Of The Two (2) Optional Water Tankers In 2029 And The Associated Optional Maintenance To Be Purchased Depends On The Outcome Of The Fire-Fighting Water Plan Of The Contracting Authority. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Offers The Option To Purchase Additional Water Tankers During The Term If There Is Reason To Do So, For Example As A Result Of Total Loss Or Irreparable Damage To Existing Water Tankers.
