B. Allotment - Tranches - Phases - Duration The Contract Is Not Allotted Due To The Homogeneous Nature Of The Services Provided For In The Market. It Is Not Broken Down Into Slices. The Framework Agreement Is Not Broken Down Into Phases Within The Meaning Of The Award Procedure. The Different Phases Mentioned In The Cctp Correspond To The Technical Stages Of The Geotechnical Market Missions. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From Its Date Of Notification. It May Be Renewed Three (3) Times By Tacit Renewal, For Periods Of One (1) Year, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Four (4) Years. The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R.2113-4 Of The Public Procurement Code
