Tenders Are Invited For Design Contract For The Construction Of Approximately 201 Intergenerational Collective Housing Units Distributed Across The Quebecor And Rue De Thumesnil Sites In Lille.

The Objective Of This Contract Is To Award A Contract To A Group Of Economic Operators For The Purpose Of Designing And Carrying Out A New Construction Operation For Collective Housing Spread Over Two Sites Located In Hellemmes-Lille:The Quebecor Wasteland Site: Including A Planned Program Of Approximately 160 Housing Units, Including 140 Housing Units Intended For Young Workers, And Approximately 20 Housing Units Intended For Seniorsthe Rue De Thumesnil Site: Including A Provisional Program Of Approximately 41 Collective Housing Units Intended For Young Workers Or/Or Students The Project Management Has Ambitions In Terms Of Environmental Performance, A Low-Carbon Approach And The Industrialization Of Construction Methods. The Program May Also Include An Activity Premises Falling Under The Regulations For Establishments Open To The Public (Erp).
