1. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The Kuryłówka Commune And The Transport Of Waste To The Municipal Installation In Sigiełki, Krzeszów Commune In The Period From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 1.2. The Currently Estimated Number Of Inhabited Properties Is Approximately 1,355 To Be Covered By The Service, Including Multi-Unit Residential Buildings With More Than 10 Units In The Following Towns: Kuryłówka - 1 Building, Dąbrowica - 5 Buildings. 1.3. Number Of Households In Individual Towns: Brzyska Wola - 305, Dąbrowica -124, Jastrzębiec - 56, Kolonia Polska - 61, Kulno - 143, Kuryłówka - 436, Ożanna - 86, Słoboda - 41, Tarnawiec - 56, Wólka Łamana - 47. 1.4. During The Execution Of The Order, It Is Expected That The Number Of Residential Properties Generating Municipal Waste Will Increase Or Decrease By +/-5%. 2. Conditions Of Execution And Implementation Of The Task. 2.1. The Basis For Determining The Remuneration For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Is The Rate For 1 Mg Of Municipal Waste Actually Collected. The Offer Price Should Be Calculated In Accordance With The Descriptions In Section Iii Of The Swz. 2.2. Transport And Collection Of Waste Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations.2.3. The Implementation Includes Collection And Transport Of Any Amount Of Municipal Waste Transferred By Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Kuryłówka Commune, Including: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01, 2) Segregated Waste, In Particular: - Packaging Glass - Code 20 01 02, 15 01 07, - Paper, Cardboard – Code 20 01 01, 15 01 01,  Collected Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging – Code 20 01 40, 15 01 04, 20 01 39, 15 01 05,  Biodegradable Waste – Code 20 01 08, 20 01 38, 15 01 03, 15 01 01,  Green Waste – 20 02 01,  Cold Ash, Slag – Code 19 01 14, 10 01 01,  Furniture, Bulky Waste, Electrical And Electronic Equipment – Code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 03 07, 20 03 01,  Used Tires (4 Pieces Per Year) – Code 16 01 03.3. Detailed Conditions For Execution 3.1. Waste Collection Includes: 1) Monthly Collection From Property Owners Of Mixed Waste (Bags Or Containers) And Segregated Waste (Bags) Placed In Front Of Properties On Municipal, District And Provincial Roads 2) Monthly Collection Of Bio-Waste From Property Owners, Except For Green Waste From May 1 To November 31; 3) Monthly (From September 1 To April 30) Collection Of Cold Ash And Slag Waste From Property Owners; 4) Once A Year, Collection Of Bulky Waste, Used Tires, And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Carried Out On A Pre-Determined Date; 5) Regular Emptying Of Containers For Used Batteries And Expired Medicines When Full; 6) Pursuant To Art. 3 Section 3 Point 6 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes Of September 13, 1996, Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point
