1) The Subject Of The Study Is The Reconstruction Of Wojska Polskiego Street - District Road 4423F, Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing Along With The Reconstruction Of The Access And Exit From Wojska Polskiego Street In Zielona Góra. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Included In Annex No. I.6 To Swz. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor.
