Henryk Sienkiewicz 7.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Related To The Modernization Of The Emergency Power Supply System For Spzzoz Buildings In Płońsk, Including In Particular The Dismantling Of The Existing Power Generator, Delivery And Installation Of One Brand New Generator With A Prp Power Of At Least 400 Kw, Installation Of The Generator Owned By Spzzoz And Execution Of The Necessary Installations, Control Systems, Switching And Commissioning Of The System, In Accordance With The Pfu Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2.The Task Is Implemented From A Special Purpose Subsidy From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship As Part Of Subsidies For Local Government Units For The Implementation Of Tasks Commissioned Under The Olioc Program. For The Implementation Of The Task, Agreement 122.3.4.2026.Olioc Was Concluded For Financing From The State Budget Of Tasks Commissioned From Area Ii And Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Containing: Functional And Utility Program And Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After Potential Contractors Have Completed A Mandatory On-Site Visit To The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is Set By The Ordering Party For October 20, 2026 At 09:00 At The Premises Of Spz Zoz In Płońsk, Ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 7, 09-100 Płońsk. Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit Will Be The Signature On The Attendance List By The Person Representing The Contractor. If The Contractor Submits An Offer Without Undergoing An On-Site Visit, It Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.; The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set An Additional Date For The On-Site Visit If, In The Course Of The Procedure, It Is Deemed Necessary To Ensure The Reliability Of The Preparation Of Offers, In Particular In The Event Of A Change In The Content Of The Swz Or Pfu.
