1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Surface In Front Of The Entrance To Primary School No. 19 At Ul. Dziewulskiego 41C In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Earthworks And Demolition Of The Existing Concrete Surface 2) Construction Of A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes And Concrete Slabs Together With The Sub-Base And Edges.3.The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Bielecki, Running A Business Under The Name: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The The Ordering Party By Administrative Decisions. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Measures Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To Swz.5.
