The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In Lighting The Pedestrian Crossing At The Intersection Of Langiewicza / Sienkiewicza Streets In Zgorzelec In Accordance With The Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2.The Scope Of This Order Includes In Particular Works Consisting In: 1) Preparation Of The Investment Area; 2) Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization; 3) Excavations And Jacking For The Cable Network; 4) Construction Of A Cable Line To Illuminate The Passage; 5) Installation Of A Pole, Lighting Fixtures And Booms; 6) Reconstruction Of Road Infrastructure 7) Performance Of Other Works Necessary For The Proper Execution And Handover Of The Subject Of This Order, In Accordance With The Documentation Referred To In Section 4 Of This Chapter.3.The Planned Investment Is Located On Plot No. 128 (District Vi, Am-1), Which Is A Municipal Road Owned By The Zgorzelec Municipality.4.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Design Documentation Including: 1) Construction Design Together With The Building Permit Decision; 2) Detailed Design 3) Bill Of Quantities - Serving As Information. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted In These Proceedings, The Contractor, When Pricing The Offer, Should Rely On The Scope Resulting From The Documentation Referred To In This Section. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Or In The Event Of Works Occurring In Greater Quantities Than In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Are Included In The Documentation, The Contractor Will Perform These Works Under The Standard Contractual Risk.
