The Works Will Include, Among Others: Demolition And Construction Works, New Floor Layers, Replacement Of Door Joinery And Widening Of Openings, Modernization Of Sanitary Installations, Central Heating And Electrical Installations, Application Of New Plasters, Wall Cladding And Paint Coatings, And Installation Of Suspended Ceilings. The Investment Also Includes The Modernization Of The Ventilation System, Including Improvement Of Gravity Ventilation And Mechanical Ventilation, As Well As The Use Of Energy-Saving Led Luminaires With Automatic Control Based On Motion And Presence Sensors, Which Will Contribute To Reducing Energy Consumption. An Important Element Of The Task Will Be Improving The Accessibility Of Infrastructure For People With Various Types Of Disabilities And Eliminating Architectural Barriers.
