1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E To The Gas Consumption Point No. 8018590365500089323903, Including The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services To The Ordering Partys Facility - The Boiler Room Building Of The Provincial Hospital In Kielce. The Planned Amount Of Gas Fuel During The Order Execution Period Is 1,876,893.20 Kwh. Detailed Data Regarding The Gas Consumption Point Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2) The Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel Expected To Be Consumed Over A 12-Month Period Is 1,876,893.20 Kwh. Demand Was Determined Based On Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Consumption May Differ From The Estimated Value And Depends On The Actual Demand For Gas Fuel. The Quantity Provided Is An Estimate And Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas Fuel In A Specific Quantity, And Its Failure To Achieve It Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Claims Against The Ordering Party.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed During The Execution Of The Order, Including Increasing It By A Maximum Of 20% Or Reducing It By A Maximum Of 30% In Relation To The Quantity Specified As The Planned Order In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. A Change In The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed Will Result In A Corresponding Change In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor, In Accordance With The Prices And Settlement Principles Specified In The Contract.
