1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Office Furniture For The Needs Of The General Road Transport Inspectorate. Part I: Delivery Of Office Furniture2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Part Iii And Iv Swz.3. Order Completion Date: 3.1. The Contract Will Be Performed Within A Maximum Period Of 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Its Conclusion, Subject To Section 3.3 And 3.4.3.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Or The Placed Order For A Given Part Without Giving A Reason. The Ordering Party Guarantees That It Will Complete The Order Up To A Minimum Of 70% Of The Maximum Value Indicated In The Contract. In The Case Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party.3.3. The Order Completion Date, Understood As The Delivery Date Of The Furniture, Counted From The Date Of Placing The Order For A Given Part Of The Order: The Date Offered By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer (Attention! It Is A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers) Or A Maximum Of 20 Calendar Days.3.4. The Ordering Party Is Obliged, No Later Than 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, To Submit - To The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract - An Order Specifying The Type Of The Ordered Product And Its Number To Be Delivered By The Contractor, And The Number Of Deliveries, With The Ordering Party Indicating That For Each Location (Town And Street) The Number Of Deliveries Will Not Exceed Two (For Each Part Of The Order, The Number Of Deliveries Is Counted Separately).
