The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Construction Of 749 M2 Of Exhibition Space, Including 7 (Seven) Promotional Stands, Located In The Fair Location Owned By The Ordering Party In Hall 11.2, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And The Development Design Developed By The Contractor, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2, Including: A) Kowr Stand (Stand No. 1):• Part 1.A With An Area Of 168.00 M2, • Part 1.B With An Area Of 94.00 M2, • Part 1.C With An Area Of 20.00 M2, • Part 1.D With An Area Of 15.00 M2; B) Stand Of The Lubusz Voivodeship (Stand No. 2) With An Area Of 60 M²; C) Stand Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Stand No. 3):• Part 3.A With An Area Of 50.00 M2,• Part 3.B With An Area Of 15.00 M2;D) Stand Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship (Stand No. 4) With An Area Of 60 M²;E) Stand Of The Greater Poland Voivodeship (Stand No. 5) With An Area Of 85 M²;F) Stand Of The Lower Silesia Voivodeship (Stand No. 6) With An Area Of 68 M²;G) Stand Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship (Stand No. 7) With An Area Of 114 M²;2) Technical Support Of All 7 Stands During The Fair;3) Service Of All 7 Stands By A Total Of 10 (Ten) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) With An Communicative Level Of At Least Two Of The Following Languages - German, Polish And English, Including One Hostess To Operate The Kowr Information Point; 4) Dismantling Of The Completed Construction Referred To In Point 1 After The End Of The Fair; 5) Ensuring A Civil Liability Insurance Contract (Oc) For Damage Caused To Third Parties During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including: The Organizer Of The Fair And Sub-Exhibitors, In Relation To The Promotional Stands Referred To In Point 1, For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00; 6) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stands, Along With The Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned. Tracks; 7) Recording, Developing And Providing The Ordering Party With A Promotional Video Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stands Along With The Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned.
