Tenders Are Invited For Winter Road Maintenance In The Sułkowice Municipality In The 2026/2027 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads With A Length Of Approximately 50 Km And Parking Lots In The Sułkowice Commune, Including The Following Villages: Biertowice, Harbutowice, Krzywaczka, Rudnik And The City Of Sułkowice. The List Of Roads And Parking Lots For Winter Maintenance Is Detailed In Annex 6 To Swz.2.Winter Road Maintenance Will Consist In Clearing Snow From Roads By Mechanically Removing Snow From The Road And Roadsides And, Each Time After Consultation With The Ordering Party, Combating Winter Slipperiness And Black Ice By Preventing And Removing Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling A Mixture Of Sand, Sodium Chloride Or Calcium Chloride. The Works Should Be Adapted To The Existing Weather Conditions.3.The Coordinator Of The Action Will Be A Person Appointed By The Mayor, Who Will Confirm The Working Time And The Type Of Service Performed Necessary For The Proper Maintenance Of The Roads.4.The Contractor Must Have Adequate Material And Equipment Potential And Be Ready To Start The Action Within 3-5 Hours (Depending On The Sequence Of Snow Removal) From The Moment Of Occurrence Of The Phenomenon Or Reporting Of Intervention Regarding Traffic Disruptions On The Road. Lack Of Confirmation By The Coordinator Of The Service For A Given Day Will Be Tantamount To Not Providing The Service On That Day.5.Before The End Of Winter Road Maintenance In 2027, The Contractor Will Clean Up The Roughening Materials Used For Road Sprinkling.6.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Update The Attached List Of Roads Subject To Winter Road Maintenance By Indicating Other Or Additional Roads.7.Definition Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):Cpv 90620000 – 9 Snow Removal Services;Cpv 90630000 – 2 Icing Removal Services8.Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Implementation, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245) Cover The Following Types Of Activities: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To Driving Vehicles Intended For Winter Road Maintenance, I.E. Snow Removal, Combating Slipperiness On Roads, Parking Lots Indicated In A Specific List Of Roads, Streets Covered By Winter Maintenance. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
