1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Works Related To Reactive Power Compensation As Indicated In Point Iii. 3 Swz In The Facilities Of The City Of Poznań, In Particular Performing The Necessary Measurements And Selecting, Delivering, Installing And Commissioning Compensation Devices In Order To Reduce Fees For Non-Contractual Reactive Energy Consumption. 2) The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order (Delivered Devices And Installed Installation). 3) A Detailed Description Of The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Template Of The Contract With Attachments, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.
