1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Multi-Purpose Wheeled Tractor With A Power Of 100-110 Hp, Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz), Together With Its Installation, Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff And Periodic Inspections During The Warranty Period.2.The Subject Of The Agreement Should Be Delivered To The Following Address: Ul. Plac Wolności 1, 59-623 Lubomierz (Seat Of The Commune Office). The Equipment Is Delivered At The Contractors Expense And Risk.3.In Addition To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In The Field Of Operation (Theoretical And Practical) At The Time Of Receipt Of The Device, Lasting From 3 To 6 Hours, For 3 People, Confirmed In The Acceptance Protocol.4.The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Min. 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.5. The Contractor, As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Is Also Obliged To Perform Inspections And Maintenance Of The Equipment During The Warranty Period In Accordance With Its Specifications And Manufacturers Recommendations, With A Frequency Not Less Frequent Than Recommended By The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide All Consumables Needed To Perform Inspections And Maintenance.6.The Ordering Party Requires That The Manufacturers Authorized Factory Service (At Least One Point) Be Located At A Maximum Distance Of 75 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Inform About The Location(S) Of The Service. 7. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
