4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Implementation Of A Highly Available Enterprise Hsm (Hardware Security Module) Solution. The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of 2 Hsm Devices Designed To Work In The Active-Active Architecture, One In Each Of The Ordering Partys Two Locations, And 1 Dedicated Hsm Backup Device; Providing Required Licenses, Libraries, Sdks And Components; Installation, Configuration And Launch Of The Solution; Backup And Recovery Configuration; Rest Api Configuration Only For Hsm Administration And Monitoring; Providing The Ordering Party With Support In Integration With The Pki Infrastructure And The Ordering Partys Systems, Which Will Be Implemented By The Ordering Party; The Contractors Participation In Fat/Sat Tests; Conducting Training And Providing Post-Implementation Documentation. The Solution Must Provide At Least 5 Independent Cryptographic Partitions With The Possibility Of Expanding To At Least 20; The Order Does Not Include The Purchase Of A Separate Package Of Additional 5 Partitions. Hsm Devices And The Backup Device Must Meet The Certification And Security Requirements Specified In The Opz, Including Fips 140-3 Level 3 Requirements. The Warranty, Service And Technical Support Period Is At Least 36 Months From Final Acceptance. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz)
